Un classico esempio di svuota-dispensa e riempi-girocoscie: torta salata al brie e spinaci! Ovvero, come riutilizzare dei pacchetti di crackers vicini alla scadenza nel modo piĆ¹ ipercalorico e antidietetico possibile..devo dire che ho un vero talento per questa cosa..

Ispirata a questa ricetta, con le dovute modifiche per adattare agli ingredienti che avevo in casa. Credo che la quantitĆ di burro e crackers indicata nella ricetta originale abbia qualche errore, perchĆØ mi ĆØ venuta troppo secca e sbriciolosa, anche aggiungendo piĆ¹ burro..

Sbattere le uova con un pizzico di sale, poi unirvi il grana grattugiato e la panna.

Directions: Finely chop the crakers with a food processor and boil the spinaches. Beat the butter until it reaches a creamy consistence, then add one egg yolk, a pinch of salt and the chopped crackers. Move the dough in a greased tin (round, approx. 20cm wide) and press it with your hands, until the baking tin is completely covered (sides included). Fill the quiche with a layer of spinaches and a layer of Brie cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the shredded cheese and the cream.
